1) Early morning
How beautiful it would be to start your day by seeing the sun rise. Get up around 5:30. Get one full glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. Drink this while watching a sunrise to freshen up your mood and have a bright morning.
Around 6 in the morning Gear up for some yoga sessions.

3) Healthy breakfast
Eat some oats with a cup of green tea to lighten up your day.

4) Dusting and surfing
During this quarantine time, most of you wonder what to do in a day.
My funda is Dusting and surfing.
Pick any one area of your house and Rearrange it. Do little bit dusting.
When I get bored, there is always the Internet.

5) Lunch time – not eating one but preparing one
Don’t know how to cook?
This quarantine period will definitely teach you one or two recipes.
Open YouTube and watch some recipe videos.
Try to make it. Take help from your family members. Give rest to your mother. Ask your siblings or dad to help you .
Serve that extraordinary delicious food to your mom
Trust me she will love it.
6) Take a break
Read a novel, magazine, book, do painting or whatever that you love to do .
You definitely have a lot of time to do things you loved but didn’t have time to do.
Utilize this time to do those things rather than scrolling feeds.
My favorite: novel reading with a cup of tea sitting near my window while watching mountains ( Himachal you know)
7) Gym time
Gym? In quarantine?
Definitely no but who says you need a gym to do exercise.
Recently I saw vedios of various celebrities doing exercise in their lawns, terrace and garden.
Jam your fav music and give 1hour to your body for healthy routine .
